Support

Questions about using Rivynt, what it does with the records it reads from your connected platform, or something that looks wrong — here's how to reach us, and what to expect today.

Getting help

If something in Rivynt isn't working, or you're not sure what a score or a reading means, write to support@rivynt.com with your company name and what you were looking at, and we'll respond directly — there's no ticketing system or published response-time commitment yet.

Ask Rivynt

Ask Rivynt is the assistant inside the product that answers questions about your scores using your own project names, scorecard wording, and figures already computed from your records — never a record's own content, an address, or an id. It doesn't remember your question or its answer once it's answered. Full detail on what it sends and never sends is on our Privacy page.

Reporting a security issue

If you've found a security problem, please don't file it as a regular support question — write to security@rivynt.com instead. Our Security page and /.well-known/security.txt name the same address.

Status and uptime

Rivynt does not yet publish a status page or an uptime commitment. If you think something is down, contact us and we'll tell you what we know.
