Terms

This page explains what using Rivynt means today. The parts that need a lawyer's judgment — not a description of how the product works, but an actual legal commitment — are marked below as awaiting review, and none of them is in force yet.

What Rivynt is

Rivynt is a service that reads your company's project records from your connected platform (Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud), through a connection you control, and scores each project against your own scorecard. It never changes or deletes your records there: the only thing it creates is its own notification webhook, and only when an owner or admin of your company allows it. Using Rivynt means your company has set up a scorecard for Rivynt to score against, and either connected one of those platforms or enters its records by hand.

Connecting your platform

Only an owner or admin of your company can start a connection, through your platform's own sign-in. Rivynt has no disconnect button of its own yet: you can disconnect at any time by removing Rivynt's access in your platform's own settings, or by asking us at support@rivynt.com. Disconnecting stops Rivynt from reading any further records, but does not, by itself, delete what Rivynt has already stored — see our Privacy page for what happens to what's already kept.

Your data

Your project records, your scorecard and your scores belong to your company. Rivynt does not sell your data. What Rivynt reads, keeps, and shares with the handful of companies that help run the service is described in full on our Privacy page, which this agreement incorporates.

Who this agreement is with

Revlynce Software LLC, a limited liability company formed in Georgia, is the legal entity behind this agreement and the company that operates Rivynt. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

What's still awaiting legal review

The sections below are not yet written, and nothing on this page should be read as standing in for them. Until each is published, no term on that subject is in force beyond what the law already requires:

  • Acceptable use of the service.
  • Fees, subscription term, and how either side ends the agreement.
  • Liability, warranties, and indemnity.
  • Where a dispute would be heard.
  • How personal data may move between countries.
  • Any minimum age to use the service.
  • How you'll be told about a change to these terms, the legal entity's address, and the date this agreement takes effect.

Questions about these terms go to support@rivynt.com.
